 My background in information processing for compliance operations and service desk at Tata Consultancy Services gives me the certainty and communication skills to administrate and support users while keeping orgs secure and data reliable. 

In recent hands-on training and projects, I’ve configured Flows, Validation Rules, and Reports/Dashboards to illustrate a real life implementation on the InTech Company bootcamp I had the privilege to be part of. I’m comfortable with user access management (profiles/permission sets) and data operations using Data Loader. In prior roles, I processed sensitive information with accuracy, maintained detailed case records, and produced clear documentation, habits I bring to the administration role.
