My name is Godwin Kwaghngee, a data management professional with experience in implementing M&E systems and utilizing insight from data to improve processes and shape program outcomes for informed decision-making.

I am proficient in using tools, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate), Google Forms, KoboCollect, Google Suite, SurveyCTO, SurveyMonkey, ODK, STATA, SPSS, communication, and video conferencing platforms like Zoom, Meet, and Teams.

My experience leading and collaborating with team members and stakeholders on diverse projects with organizations like the Mastercard Foundation, Save the Children International, Population Council, and Teaching for Nigeria underscores my value, adaptability, people skills, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve set goals. I hold a Master’s degree in Development Studies, a bachelor's degree in statistics, and a Professional Diploma in Education from Babcock University.
