I have experience with high growth challenges, technology replacement projects, and IT process improvement. I have delivered large technology projects on schedule/on budget and in alignment with the business strategy. I worked in PCM Inc, one of leading US E-commerce companies, I worked in both Development department, leading a team of developers to implement search engine in our websites. As well as introducing and implementing Big Data technologies for data mining. I also worked in infrastructure department where I was lead in implementing platform change from Windows to Linux. As a Lead System Engineer, I first came across Jenkins and implemented it as our Continuous Integration platform. In American Data Exchange, while I was managing the company’s Infrastructure team, 
one of the projects I handled involved rebuilding an ETL tool. Implementing DevOps tools and culture halved the development and completion of the project before target deadline. 

Currently I work as a DevOps manager, in charge of DevOps and SRE team. I have applied same concepts of Blue Green continuous integration and delivery, automated releases, and turned around concept of Development team to practice DevOps from project inception to completion. Some of the latest technology solutions that I have experience in include AWS cloud computing, Managed Services computing (VMware, etc..)Big Data (Hadoop, Solr, Cloudera), Project Managing, etc.
