I used to work a customer representative in AT&T and technical support in CenturyLink for one year. Now I've been working for almost five years as a home based virtual assistant. I used to work with two clients in the medical and construction industry based in New York and San Francisco.
I handle client's company email, website through WordPress, invoices, monthly sales reports, answer customer calls, schedule projects, and build inspections appointments. From my other client in the medical industry, I manage insurance verification for her patients who like to enroll for speech or physical therapy. I make sure that patients coming are eligible to avail therapy based from their insurance. I am also responsible for taking calls and scheduling patients for initial evaluation. I provide monthly and weekly sales reports and follow-up doctor's schedules with their patients.
