I worked with several clients for personal and commercial insurance, inbound cold calling and appointment setting, and doing live transfers. Usually, my major tasks were calling customers, taking down customer information, organizing files, organizing leads, putting up information in the CRM, and setting up appointments for the agents, while hitting team goals.

I had years of experience as a customer service representative, sales, and cold calling appointment setting jobs which is why I am well experienced in taking phone calls and following scripts for the calls. I love speaking with new people.
