A highly skilled banking practitioner with over 8 years’ experience in the operations department in Equity bank Kenya. My experience has exposed me to all the sub departments in operations starting from being a teller, clearing officer, back officer where I worked closely with branch accountant and cash officer exposing me into knowing how to use ERP in stock taking. Recently, I have been the team lead in the customer service department that handles customer queries and also looking for new customers to open accounts. I have also been exposed to financial advisor role in my work place where I have been able to advice customers concerning their financial objectives and risk tolerance then recommending appropriate planning strategy.
