That’s me. With 12+ years of Customer Service and Sales Support, I have been
privilege to work with different online retail companies using a variety of platform and
doing different tasks such as inbound and outbound calls, answering/forwarding emails,
internet research, managing schedules and marketing.
I am experienced with Microsoft Office, Google Apps and Wordpress. Service is always
a passion for me that drives me to constantly improve my existing skill set as well as

I worked as an Email Support for their products. It was also part of my job to handle and
resolve customer complaints and respond promptly to customer inquiries. We were
trained to use Zendesk as a primary tool in sending out emails and tracking all tickets.
