With 12+ years of Customer Service and Sales Support, I have been privilege to work with different online retail companies using a variety of platform and doing different tasks such as inbound and outbound calls, answering/forwarding emails, internet research, managing schedules and marketing.

I am experienced with Microsoft Office, Google Apps and Wordpress. Service is always a passion for me that drives me to constantly improve my existing skill set as well as learn new software and service techniques.
