As a Process & Quality Analyst, my main tasks are to monitor
and check the quality of the output for the LOB/region that I am
supporting, report on weekly quality metrics, helping my specific
LOB trend towards a passing rate, provide deep dive analysis to find
trends and root causes of markdowns to improve LOB performance,
provide coaching session for team members to discuss common
opportunities and recommendations, collaborating with TLs, trainers,
and clients to ensure calibration regarding process, and data
gathering and presentation to Leadership team. I am very happy
about the work that I do on a daily basis and I feel fulfilled with my
work.
