I have a 5 years work experience in customer service industry. These includes call center experience, worked as a Customer Service Representative Inbound Calls for Directv. I also work as back office support for Cardinal Health. These are some of my working experience in Customer Service Industry. I also worked in Marketing Field. And my most recent job is in Dubai as a Coordinator for an Italian Construction Company. My worked there gain me a lot of knowledge when it comes to Administrative work. I also handled more than 900 workers in my shift alone. I'm the one who coordinate with them regarding there concerns with our HR department. I also send reports on a Daily basis using excel sheet and Microsoft Word.
