Working with Amazon India for the past 6+ Yrs as Senior Compliance Associate (Dangerous and Restricted Products Team). Started my career with Amazon as a Catalog Associate and got promoted to Compliance Associate in the span of 1 year . Later got promoted as Senior Associate in the span of 2 years . I have received 35 Ace of spades award month on month for the top performer in the team . For my Experience and knowledge in the team I was selected as the Head Process Trainer for the Dangerous Goods team . I have on-boarded around 40-50 Associates successfully completing the process training and assessment and also On-Job training . Presently , work for the Restricted product compliance team and support Inflow and distribution of work within the team . Gather data on the data on a day to day basis and send reports to the leadership team.
