Since i was in high school i am already providing technical support to people i know who has problems with their computer either software or hardware. i love the challenge technology (specially computers) brings. I graduated Computer Science and have trained and worked with dell computers when i started working in the BPO industry and was promoted to L2 or Resolutions Specialist for our dell account.
