Through these nine years I was working in similar positions for Services Companies, attending Data Center support, maintenance of both Windows and Linux servers.
Self-learning, continuos updating, customer services, and technical teaching are part of my capabilities. Also I have proved solving problems skills due to my experience in companies with different environments, where it is necessary to switch between different alternatives according the customer's needs. Moreover, in previous positions I had the responsibility of Personnel Management, this position was developed in a government institution in Ecuador and it was the best experiences of my career because I was leading the direction of Help Desk.
