I have over 4 years of experience in customer-facing operations, audit, risk management, and assurance processes. I'm at the top of my game when you ask me to solve problems and foster collaboration between stakeholders. In the past years, I've worked in a fintech startup and scaled operations, worked in a bank evaluating and improving internal controls and processes, and in my spare time, helped found and taught a high school debate team to win debate championships. I'm a certified Scrum practitioner (PSM and PSPO), undergone ITIL v4 Foundational training, and competed and won in a Blockchain app-building competition.
