Established a career in Human Resource and Recruiting after graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 2010. I worked as an Administrative Head for the Human Resource Department for 3 years, doing tasks like computing for employee' payroll including compensation and benefits. I was also in charge of filing soft and hard copies of the employees' 201 files. Apart from those tasks, I also support the Operations Manager in her day to day tasks by noting down schedules, emails and other important work to be done within the day.
I have 3 years experience in Operational Recruiting, where I was first line in doing candidate assessments to make sure the company hires the right people for the jobs available. Most of the assessments I've done are Initial Interviews up to Language and Resume Interviews.
I believe these experiences will be of use as I start my career as a Virtual Assistant.
