Gilbert Kamau

My name is Gilbert Kamau, and I am a dedicated Education Specialist with over 14 years of professional experience in teaching, learning support, and the integration of educational technology. Since 2011, I have worked with learners across multiple levels—from kindergarten to high school—helping them achieve academic success through individualized instruction, differentiated learning strategies, and compassionate support. I am experienced in creating schemes of work, digital learning resources, video scripts, and structured intervention plans for learners with developmental and neurological disorders. I have also worked in vocational training environments, including Orione Community Training Centre, where I supported learners with intellectual and physical disabilities to develop functional and life skills.

I am highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable, with a proven ability to manage responsibilities independently—qualities that position me well for remote work and project-based roles.
