I worked in a call center industry for more than 5 years handling different accounts. I experienced inbound and outbound calling. I handled sales account and customer service in my 3 years in call center industry before I transferred to technical account. I became an administrative assistant in my previous employee. I was assigned to do paper works, research, liquitions, payroll and travel arrangement. I quit call center and tried hone based job. I was able to find work as appointment setter in a final expense campaign.
