CAREER OVERVIEW - Customer Service Representative | Virtual Assistant
I’m a Customer Service Representative from the Philippines and has experience in providing different customer
service or support to my clients in and outside the US. I’ve been into three different accounts for 2 years and was
trained for various tasks related to sales, travel reservations, accounts, and technical support.
Recently, I worked from home as a Virtual Guest Support for a rental company in the US and my task includes
booking reservations, guest and admin support, phone, email, and chat support.
I am very interested in any customer support positions, available full-time, and part-time schedules and willing to
accept any position related to my experience.
A dedicated and responsible individual, can work independently under minimum supervision, and can easily
