Hi, my name is Ghezzel and I’m a Virtual Assistant. I specialize in providing guest support experience for Hotel reservations and Vacation rentals.

I have experience in providing different customer service and support to my clients in and outside the US. I am adept in navigating Profile Management systems and using OTAs like Airbnb and Vrbo.

My 3+ years of experience as Reservation Specialist for Hilton Hotels and Guest support for Vacation rentals ensure a quality experience. I am also a seasoned expert in managing customer experience and ensuring guest satisfaction. My problem solving skills and ability to work with little guidance is vital to success.
