I've always been curious about how things work, this curiosity leds me unavoidably to wonder how they can work better. My career has been guided by this curiosity as well as my ambitions to leave a tangible impact wherever I go.

For this purpose I seek to understand my assigned tasks first, learning at a fast pace, getting into the role while starting to detect risks and opportunities with the accumulated experience from my years of work and diverse backgrounds. Then I start making suggestions, pushing for changes to mitigate those risks and seize those opportunities.

I'll be a perpetual learner, currently contemplating either an MBA or Master in Finance to compliment my education and get a base towards bigger responsibilities, I want to become a leader that helps its team fulfill its potential.

• Managed a team to fill the documentation gaps left by developers, solve internal and external customers requests and fix technical incidents through continuous improvement projects.

• Performed as contact point between stakeholders and technical teams to identify needs and collect requirements that generate implementation or improvement projects.

• Designed and collaborated in the development of 3 centralized information repositories.

• Improved compliance with regulatory processes from 0% to 90%.

• Streamlined key processes for risk detection in production environments.

• Analyzed on average 300 changes per month to detect risks to the production environment.

• Set a support area and streamlined the ticket attention process.

• Designed the re-engineering of 3 systems to improve usability and stability.

• Resolved on average 200 incidents per month on diverse systems.

• Raised and followed to completion over 100 small scale service improvement plans.

• Developed a website and administrative software.

• Developed the firmware and software for biochemical equipment.

I have a strong preference for remote working as it helps my work-personal life balance and significantly improves my performance, however I know the value of personal interaction, especially with customers, and will gladly work schedules to meet occasionally.
