I have work experience in advertising and event companies for eight (8) years from year 2000 to 2008. During my stay with these companies, I am responsible with doing proposal letters, sponsorship packages/media mileages and presentations, from concept to implementation of an event, managing production staffs and crews.

From 2008 to 2013, I entered the BPO industry and worked as Technical Support. I supported T1 circuits, Managed Cisco Routers for US based account and ADSL2+ connections for Australian based account. On both of these accounts, I handled escalated tickets and worked with field technicians in resolving issues. I also handled staff consultation and some administrative tasks.

In 2013, I became Freelance Contractor and worked as Systems and Support Engineer Level 2, by which I handled and worked on Level 2 tickets. I eventually became Level 3, handling Level 3 tickets, worked with Managers and Field Technicians to resolve issues, at the same time, I was also a Manager-On-Duty/Team Leader, by which I handle and assign tasks to staffs, monitor attendance and performance, monitor outages and creating reports to Upper Management.

Working with these companies, helped me enhanced my technical skills, analytical skills, customer relations and staff management.

I am a self-motivated person, honest, hard-working, work with less supervision, fast-learner and willing to learn new skills and challenges.
