I am previously connected to Concentrix Corporation as Product Support Representative for Linksys products. Our duties is provide support to the end users of the products thru phone. We walkthrough the customer for the initial product, setting up and connecting wireless devices to the network. We also offer and upsell extended product support and recommend networking devices to the customers. With this work experience, I'm able to gain and learn excellent customer service, communication skills, and professionalism thru phone.
