I work in the banking sector as a Customer Adviser, where I am responsible for ensuring the accuracy of customer information, proactively addressing and resolving complaints, and engaging in consultative sales activities. This experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of financial systems and the importance of maintaining excellent customer service.

During my seven years in the textile industry at Superior Fabrics Sales, I honed my skills in managing accounts, issuing invoices, and performing bank reconciliations. My responsibilities included developing monthly, quarterly, and annual profit and loss statements, recording deposits, and tracking expenses. My attention to detail and dedication to accuracy ensured the financial integrity of our records, significantly contributing to the smooth operation of the company's financial processes.

I also held a part-time job at ACH Panda Dimsum as a Sales Admin, where I contacted suppliers, managed social media posts to promote the business, and handled inventory and accounting.

Currently, I am with ZendEase by 1export, an export and import forwarder, working in sales and marketing. I respond to social media inquiries and queries, providing timely and informative answers. I create engaging posts for social media groups to promote company products and services. I also serve as the first point of contact for customers, offering exceptional customer service and efficiently resolving their concerns.
