I have almost 7 years of experience in BPO and 4 years of experience in customer service- chat and phone support. My first account is with a Telco company for a few months before I was promoted as a Real-Time analyst where part of my job is to man the queue and send real-time reports to clients and managers. Aside from that, I have 2 years experience in a property management company as a booking specialist for 3 months, then I was promoted as a property concierge specialist. Where we gather feedback from our prospects after viewing the property, then assist them if they have questions about the application, gather the requirements, help them throughout the application process, then qualify them to make sure they are a good fit and pass the company standards. I also have experience in cold calling, basically offering full-service management and tenant placement to owners. Then set them an appointment with our Market specialist to provide more information about the services and discuss the contract. I have also a few months of experience in cold calling for a real estate company. Lastly, I have over 8 months of experience in cold calling
