I was a Day Care Teacher back in 2011.Currently working as Customer Service Associate with 6 years of experience in BPO Industry. I have been trained and certified on different software and systems. Handled questions via phone addressing hardware, software, and/or telephone related issues. I am keen to utilize my passion for excellent customer service in providing the best possible experience and I am eager to make full use of this in a larger working environment.
