Hi there! My name is Georgina Dalmagro, I’m 40 years old and married with one kid, two dogs, and two cats.
I have a marketing degree and also a Labor psychology degree.
I have more than 15 years of experience in the marketing field. I worked as Head of Department in a Publicity agency. I'm very good at developing effective strategies for customers, marketing plans, brand awareness, and presentation of advertising campaigns, events, conferences organizations, and business development.
I also have experience as an Affiliate Marketing Manager and PPC (Paid per click) Manager Campaigns for an international fintech company called Deriv (which is one of the world's largest online brokers.
In the last few years, I’ve worked on companies from the massive consumption sector as Head of the Marketing Department. I worked in a world-award-winning beer company and as a Head of Marketing and Business Development Manager for an international vape company. My main duties were identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand this vape product within Latam. Bolivia, Peru, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, and Paraguay. Also develop comprehensive marketing strategies and actions, considering creating value for the customer, purchasing behavior, and relationship management. Other tasks were to carry out marketing campaigns from conception to execution and experiment with different promotion channels, considering that it is a product governed by tobacco law that cannot be advertised.
In those positions, my main tasks included developing and training the Marketing team and carrying out marketing campaigns from conception to execution. Here I had an arduous task since in my country it is forbidden to advertise this type of product online like Facebook or Google (related to tobacco) so my strategy was based on advertising within the point of sale. Thanks to this strategy, our brand was number 1 in sales nationwide in the 8 months I’ve been there.
I was Head of the Commercial and Marketing department in a luxury handbags and shoes company. My main tasks, in addition to those mentioned above, were Sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sales y of products, analyzing business developments, and monitoring market trends.
My current position is freelance as a Business Development Manager at YSQ International, a tobacco company. My main tasks are to help grow the company in Latino America, analyze existing and potential markets, identify and secure business development opportunities, and lead prospecting initiatives to detect and establish new opportunities and collaborations. Negotiating business contracts and agreements with key customers and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each customer's long-term goals. Develop and manage a portfolio of customers by ensuring that customers are satisfied with the services provided while identifying new business opportunities with the customers.
