I'm a former Call Center Agent who served 5 years and 8 months in the BPO industry handling Billing, Sales, Live Chat and Technical Support and a chunk of my experience was spent in Customer Service. I recently retired from working in an office environment to pursue my passion in the Arts - Photography, Film, Graphic Design. I've been out of the office for the past three months so I am very flexible with my time since most of it is just spent at home. I've had ample experience responding to client emails and handling administrative and management tasks in my former job, both in my roles as an Agent and as a Quality Assurance Specialist. I've been doing part-time graphic design, photography and video editing jobs since 2012.
