I've been in the BPO industry for more than 3 years and it helps me a lot on how to handle customers and how to give them what we call customer service satisfaction. I've been with SiriusXM for 8 months as a CSR, I did handle billing, order placement, basic technical support and giving a schedule for the channels that the customer want to listen in to. I also work for DELL computer as a TSR for one year, We handle troubleshooting over the phone and remote access for a software problem. I know that I am going to start in a whole new career in virtual assistance, but I'm sure the I am well prepared and have the experience for the position you are looking for.
