I have worked in the BPO and telecommuting industry for more than ten years and, during that time, I have handled numerous tasks including taking in calls, admin work, document retrieval, Revit design, and mentoring, as well as, coaching teams. My previous accounts were of a technical nature with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and up-selling although, I also have experience in doing collections work. I know how to handle customers and objections and have developed deep patience due to my experiences. I am up to any task that I am responsible for and I will leave no stone unturned to come up with solutions to problems.
