I started working as a trainer in one of the Networking Company which is the DXN. After that i have also worked in one of the Government Agencies, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. I was tasked to document directors meetings and most of the time traveling doing field works, tree planting, educating people how to segregate degradable and non-biodegradable materials. Until such time that Call Centers were really blooming at that time so i started it with ePLDT ventus wherein i was enhanced to speak english fluently because we are dealing with American Customers. I also worked once as a Text Chat Operator for UK based texting companies. I had been into a lot of call center here in the Philippines and i can really tell that i am good with what i am doing. My objectives include:1. Be an asset of the team I belong to.2. Meet deadlines and deliver best result to the buyer I work for.3. Get paid for every excellent task I finished. 4. Make use of my skills and creativity to meet what the buyer expect from me. 5. To learn some more internet related stuff and be able to utilize them when its needed. 6. Make use of my outstanding call center ability. I am happy to say that my clients are pleased with the caliber of work I provide. It is my goal to not only exceed my clients' expectations through a job well done but also cultivate healthy business relationships. I am available more than 40 hour a week. Being an admirer of excellence in skills, intelligence combined with hard work, personally inclined towards technology and posses keen interest in gaining knowledge, seeking a position to utilize my skills and abilities in GENERAL industry that offers professional growth and contribute my level best to the colleagues and to the organization.
