I have been working with the BPO as an Inbound call center agent for Customer Service for Sprint Billing and from there I have worked with various BPO companies with either the same line of work and gone to the point of working with sales and technical support. As a freelancer, I have been working on projects with appointment setting which also includes data entry and research. I have done mining for data including scraping. Some of my appointment setting projects required me to do email marketing as well. As a freelancer I have ventured as well to the field of writing. I love making articles and also business writings, I even went to the point of making fictional write-ups and also blogs for my other clients.

I love cooking, taking care of pets and spend time during my rest days on online games. I am an enthusiast for online gaming.

If it comes to the quality of work I see to it that comes out excellently done. I do believe in the principle of "KAIZEN" a Japanese word which means doing all or everything excellently even in my life style. 

I see to it that work is work and leisure is leisure. They are to different entities and I do not mixed them. I focus on work and work alone, To bring out the best results always for my clients.

I am also Bilingual I can speak English and Spanish and also write in both. Aside from this two major languages I can also speak in several major local dialects here in our country.
