> I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, and I began my career at L&T Technology Services, where I worked on aerospace documentation projects involving the creation and revision of technical manuals and illustrations for aircraft maintenance and operations.

> I then joined Capgemini, where I was part of the DELL EMC documentation team. There, I was responsible for authoring and updating technical documentation for DELL EMC storage products, including XtremIO, Unity Storage, and PowerStore. My work involved close collaboration with engineering teams to ensure accuracy, and I followed structured documentation practices using DITA.

> I’ve also worked with Umlaut and Akkodis, contributing to a range of documentation projects across industries like aerospace, IT infrastructure, and software services.

> I have strong experience in both structured and unstructured authoring, with hands-on proficiency in tools like Oxygen XML Editor, Arbortext Editor, and MS Word. I'm well-versed in DITA XML, and have produced various deliverables including user guides, installation manuals, release notes, and API documentation.

> I enjoy simplifying complex information for end users and ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all documentation. I'm currently looking to take on a role where I can expand into information architecture, documentation strategy, or API-focused content.
