I am a professional with experience across both marketing and operations, bringing together creativity, customer focus, and process discipline. Over the last few years, I’ve worked on projects that required me to drive brand growth through campaigns while also ensuring compliance and accuracy through audits and process management.

At XL Dynamics, I led multi-channel marketing campaigns, supported new product launches, and collaborated with global teams on digital initiatives. I enjoyed creating strategies that connected with customers, but I also took ownership of ISO 9001 & 27001 audits, updated SOPs, and maintained process documentation. This unique mix gave me the ability to balance customer-centric execution with governance and compliance, which I see as essential for sustainable growth.

My earlier role at HDFC Bank gave me hands-on exposure to financial operations, managing customer transactions, reconciliations, and compliance checks. That experience laid a strong foundation in accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service, which continues to guide how I approach work today.

What motivates me most is the chance to improve experiences for both customers and teams. Whether through digital marketing campaigns that increase engagement or operational improvements that minimize errors, I aim to deliver outcomes that are impactful and reliable. I also enjoy mentoring colleagues and coordinating across functions, which has reinforced the value of teamwork and clear communication.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new tools and technologies, especially in the AI space, to find smarter ways of working.
