I have been in the customer service field for over 13 years. I have dealt with customers in person, as well as over the phone. I am able to de-escalate issues with customers and make sure that they leave knowing that I was here to help them. When I go above and beyond, I make it my personal business to make sure I have done any and everything to assist my customer in making sure that all of their issues have been resolved.
