I have a well rounded 10 years experience in the BPO industry whether it be csr, tsr, sales, inbound or outbound, I have done it all. I am a go getter, driven, passionate, hardworking and always willing to learn. I have an IQ of 116 based on a written IQ test I took for school to which had given me a scholarship before. I like working with a team as it provides me more avenues for learning and knowledge. I also like to talk a lot just about anything. I like to watch movies and listen and play music and on my free time I love to go biking.
