I was a former cruise line staff/seafarer for Costa Cruises. When the cruise line industry ceased

its operations last year, the company I was working for decided to send us home (back to the

Philippines) for our safety. In short, I was a part of those retrenched OFW's/Seafarers.

October 2020, i decided to make a shift in my career. I applied and worked as a Customer Service

representative for seasonal accounts for an outsourcing company. I wanted to continue working.

I don't really like the feeling of being at home doing nothing all day for months.

Here are the software programs that I know how to use: MS Office, Atlas, CCA, VCCincontact, Genesys.

I'm good with night shifts, got a stable internet connection, got my own laptop/pc.

My hobbies include cooking, going to the gym and some gardening.
