As a smart graduate, knowing fully well how covid-19 changed the conventional way of working, I have sharpened my tech skills, communication skills, topped with good people relations. I have learnt the basic ethics to successfully work remotely, and taken a diploma course in Customer Service. I am pleased to be submitting my application for the customer relationship officer opening in your Company. Knowing fully well the worth of every customer, the primary reason whilst the company is in business, I am certain that I would contribute to: strengthening customers’ relationship by engaging them from time to time, their retention, and the overall success of the company as this is also an opportunity for me to continuously grow professionally.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree from the faculty of Business Administration at the University of Lagos, Nigeria. I have gathered relevant experiences via volunteering, internship and job placement. Which includes; correctly responding to and putting down customers enquires and orders, surpassing customers’ expectations, treating all customers right irrespective of the revenue they bring in, managing clients’ data, empathizing with customers, listening attentively to customers’ queries and inquiries, updating customers on new products, services, discounted plans e.t.c.
