Fritzie Martinez Asuncion

Hi name is Fritzie or you can call me Peachy. I graduated with two Bachelor Degree B.S. Computer Science and B,S, Business Management , I also finished my Master Degree in Business Administration.

I work in the bank for 24 years there I learned a lot on about customer services, like handling complaints and giving them immediate resolution.

 I also a BPO industry – thought it was technical support position I was awarded Best in handling Customersbecause I was able to handle irate customer, pacify them and give them best solution

I became a  Administrative Head and Project Coordinator in an organization – I handle project from planning , collaboration with the suppliers , then execution of the project and handling the over all events. Project was great success and may managers praise  me and tell me I am GEM of the Company.

In 2021 due to pandemic I start working as VA- In healthcare industry in United Kingdom– I was a Senior Payroll Coordinator, we also handles calls and most of the nurses and health care assistants loves talking to me , they say that “they feel I serve them well and with a heart.

My last work was a Virtual Medical Administrator in Hospice in USA. I process the eligibility of the insurance of the patient , encode data in CRM Sytem – Hospice MD and I prepare monthly reports.

One of my key accomplishments in my role was helping my employers in handling our customers and give them best service.
