I am hands-on with my Facebook page, from the marketing strategy, creating Facebook Ads, Boosting Posts, and creating Graphic Designs for my little side hustle. Going back, as a previous BPO employee, I have learned so many skills and experiences throughout the process. It has gained me more knowledge on how to simply empathize with customers, do the extra mile and give customers a positive experience takeaway.
