Hi, I am Frich Joyce Dy and you may call me Frich. I am a results-based person, inclined into innovation that means I am interested in making an existing matter better or creating a new innovation from scratch. I also love working and huddling with people who I can share and learn amazing experiences and lessons with. I've been working for 5 years in the Human Resource Field focusing on HR Services where data processing is a lot and in bulk, ensuring the completion of the pre-onboarding requirements, background checks, onboarding, HRIS, employee benefits and administration with exposures in Recruitment, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Timekeeping and Payroll and other HR Facets. 

Recently I have been a Virtual Administrative Assistant working for the fields of Real Estate wherein I prepare documents for a transaction, I use realcomp, dotloop, follow-up boss, rate my agent, ylopo and other real estate tools. I also do content creation for posting in social media, I write articles for any products, I do edit and proofreading, email management, calendar management, webpage design and many others.
