I am a Generalist Virtual Assistant for a real estate companies based in North Carolina, Florida and California for almost two years. Depends on the clients’ needs, I am responsible in helping them generate leads through data mining, searching for leads addresses, phone number and email addresses, making phone calls and email solicitation; managing social media account, planning and strategize content and branding, creating posters for facebook and IG accounts using Canva and sometimes Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Also, one of my duties is to set appointments and schedule.

Prior to working as a virtual assistant I worked as a quality analyst from 2014 to 2017 at Citi Bank US Card Credit Card. My responsibilities were to randomly monitor our agents’ phone calls to assure adherence and quality. I also facilitate call calibrations with our clients and unit/operations managers. We are also responsible in creating a weekly and monthly deep dive analysis report for each team that we handle and site wide. Before getting promoted I worked as a phone banker and customer service for 6 yrs in total at Citi and Sykes Asia (Capital One Account).

Through these experiences I gained strong proficiency in Google Docs and Drive, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, CRM Database Application (such as Podio, Firepoint and Follow Up Boss), VOIPs (like Call tools, Five9 and Zoiper),and lastly Canva, Adobe Photshop and Adobe Illustrator. I am fast learner and keen to details. I take every day’s a chance to be better than yesterday and to thrive in everything that I do.
