I have over five years of experience in the BPO industry with various roles and admin tasks and almost four years of experience working remotely as a VA and eCommerce VA for my side hustle. • Managed eCommerce Stores on eBay for a "Drop Shipping" business

• Chat and Email Customer Service using Salesforce, Webmail (Gmail, GoDaddy and Roundcube)

• Data Researching using Report Desktop Protocol, ELS System, Google Maps, US Site Maps, County Clerk Site
