I am an experienced Customer Support Representative. I've worked for BPO companies for more than 7 years both as Customer Service and Technical Support.

I have good attention to detail, quick learner and can do great work under minimal supervision. I'm constantly on the lookout for opportunities to try new things. I am hardworking and someone who strives to do her best in everything she can.

I recently have worked as an Email and Chat support agent (Customer Loyalty Specialist) for a seasonal account for an E-commerce business(home based) where I assisted different individuals to resolve their everyday concerns such as return and refund inquiries, order and shipping issues and the likes. I am familiar with Salesforce, Sococo, Zoom, and Microsoft Excel and Zendesk.
