As Delivery Manager:

-I faced the challenge of administering, and managing the securities transport contract, and under my management it was possible to build, and manage the SLAs and KPIs for such contract. Managing a budget of US $120.000.

-I builded solid relationships between the organization, and the provider in order to guarantee the given service that it is 7/24.

-I developed skills such as leadership, negotiation and persuasion.

-Action plans were prepared to solve the problems in the provision of the money collection service, along with the execution of a monitoring, and audit schedule for the value transportation service.

As Scrum Master:

-I had the challenge of participating in the construction, and implementation of a technological tool (software) for taking inventories of the operation. Managing a budget of US $180.000.

-Develop leadership and Team Management skills, the internal relationship between clients (Ticket Agents), and the development team, providing the resources, responsibilities, and performance measurement of the entire group.

-As an achievement, the application was put into production, generating a reduction in the loss of supplies by up to 95%

As Product Owner:

-I was responsible for the construction of the tool (Software) for the monitoring, and control of the money collected at the stations.

-Develop the skills of Assertive Communication, Decision Making, Leadership, Flexibility and Empowerment.

-Two problems arose, the first occurred when generating the user stories, since the development team did not know the collection model that the company used, and this made the work difficult.

-The second was presented when differences were found between the platforms (Securities conveyor and company),

The solution that I implemented was to manage the project in a Hybrid way, regarding the transporter it was done in a traditional way, and for the In-house development it was done in an Agile way.

-As an achievement, an application was put into production that linked the two platforms, in such a way that 100% of the money collected was controlled, this being a very important achievement for the organization. Managing a budget of US $120.000.

As Project Manager:

-I led the project of implementation and operation of all the Ticket Offices of the Mass Transportation System of the West-MIO (in spanish) stations and terminals.

-I led the project to install facial recognition cameras in all MIO stations and terminals.

-I managed 320 people that performed the customer service, maintenance and ticket office teams.

-I managed a budget between US $150,000 and US $200,000 for the project.

-Develop the skills of Project Management, Team Management, Leadership, Teamwork, Negotiator and Motivator.

-As an achievement, 64 stations were delivered for the operation for the benefit of MIO users, and 320 cameras were installed and put into operation in the wagons of MIO stations, thus improving security**.**
