Frederick Kemp

I’ve spent 6+ years in high pressure, high performance environments; initially as an international athlete, then a head coach of a high-performance training center. Skills gained in this domain have been built upon in IT, where I am now a strong .NET/full stack developer and certified Scrum Master. With multiple years of software development experience, coaching and managing, I bring energy, enthusiasm, discipline, and thoroughness to any role I am assigned to.

Due to the wide range of exposure to challenge in growth-conducive environments, I have an outstanding skillset that makes me perform equally as well in people skill and communication related jobs, as I do in highly technical, low level work. From years spent both managing and coaching in one domain, and separately developing software to a high standard, my skillset allows me to take any kind of role, from a person management position to a software developer, and execute it to an incredibly high standard.

I have a well-rounded tech stack with, my greatest strength in building .Net applications, API's and MVC projects, including the front-end in Razor, Angular, and React. I have experience working with international clients across a range of industries including healthcare, law, accounting, Ed-tech, and e-commerce.

Having run an online business for a period of time, I appreciate the complexities and challenges presented to business owners and project managers in current times when it comes to choosing a technological solution for your ideas and goals. Unlike when outsourcing solution building to offshore companies, I will build an extensible, future-proof solution that is workable and open to extension for years to come, by following globally recognized coding standards and the latest supported tech.
