I was a customer service representative for 3 years and 8 months in a call center industry where we handled different issues. We normally receive calls about inquiries of a specific product, complaints and billing concerns. Aside from being a customer service representative, I was able to handle a technical support account where we do troubleshooting and a little bit of data entry as well as order entry accounts.
