20-yr-old Reports Analyst who has 2 years experience in the BPO/Call Centre industry. I started from scratch when I was just 18. I started as a Customer Service Representative who caters canadian people. Eventually, I was transferred to a UK Sales Account; doing outbound telemarketing. I worked hard and harder enough for other people to see my potential and watch me handle huge responsibilities. I was entrusted to become a Real Time Analyst. I mainly managed the queue - making sure right skilled people are placed at the right time and at the right place. Excel is I dealt the most. Critical thinking and decision was crucial as a Real Time Analyst. As my supervisor saw my potential for being able to deal with excel in an expert way and the I look into historical details, I then became a Reports Analyst.
