I’ve gained hands-on experience in customer support, using tools like Zendesk and Genesys to resolve inquiries and surpass service targets at FamilySearch. As a Sales Representative, I exceeded sales goals and managed financial records efficiently. My leadership and teamwork abilities were further honed during two years as a full-time volunteer representative, where I became fluent in French and led diverse teams.
