Been engaged as Customer Service/Support Representative specificaly in the field of online gaming (casino online) for the past 3 years aside from copy writing, editing/copy editing and some others. Also involved in translating some documents form English to Bahasa Malaysia/ Bahasa Indonesia and vise versa.
