I do have a well versed background with concentration in technical customer support and solid exposure to client management. People have always been at the center of my world I love to help. Most of the roles I have played in the past were essentially customers-centric. I pursued a medical profession in the past because I wanted to provide a high level of support and care. However, I realized it was not the right path for me. I was still able to provide care through different other channels is clients relations and tech support. I made it a personal commitment to deliver a superior customer service at all time regardless of the context or the scenario.
My first degree is in French literature with solid knowledge of Spanish and some German. Languages help me overcome the barrier of communication with other cultures.
